This is one of the models which can help in many ways with how I need to take any of the business decisions as I will be able to find out the problem I have and what the problems need to be solved. Firstly, this model guided me to find out the strengths and weaknesses which I have and how they can be dealt with as per the raised situation. The major strength that I have is related to reading books. I am capable of reading different books which helps to deal with many situations because reading different books enhances the capabilities of taking decisions. On the other hand, the major weakness that I have is related to IT skills as I am unable to tackle any of the problems which have a direct relation with the IT sector and another one is communication skills in which I am not good at all.

In this model, it was necessary for me to have different knowledge and skills so that I could make a number of decisions of my own. In order to overcome the problems, I would first like to prepare a personal development plan which will guide what is my current performance and what stage I am willing to reach. For the purpose of improving my IT skills, it is necessary for me to understand that I will required to attain various classes which can help me learn different topics which are related to the IT department (Sánchez-Moral, Bontje and Musterd, 2018). IT skills are the most important because they can help to complete any of the work within a short period of time without creating any of the problems for the public. Secondly, it is necessary to understand communication skills as it will me in many ways. Communication skills will help me to boost my confidence through which I can easily tackle the customers who develop connections within my company.

Further Reflections on How To Approach Future Challenges And Expectations of a University Course

It is one of the modules which is of my choice as it will be the one which can help me to develop my skills and talent so that I can explore myself in front of others. In the starting phase, it was very difficult for me to understand what needed to be done and what should not be done because I was facing problems with effective communication with other people. It is important to understand that if I am able to complete this respective module this year then I will be able to perform my task in a more specific manner where I will be able to find out what those decisions can help me and what those things which can create unnecessary issues for me. By looking at all of this I will be able to decide how I can able to attain my goals by enhancing my knowledge in the field of this module.

There are a number of challenges that I came across while reading this respective module because I am not used to the field of communication because I always like to keep my distance from other people but as per the requirement of Business and Management, it is necessary that person should have well communication skills (Spencer, 2015). Secondly, at the time of developing my IT Skills, I found that it was not easy for me to learn a completely new concept and it is one of the reasons that I took a lot of additional time period to learn about each and every thing in detail.

The expectation when I was going to university for my further study was that I would get the chance to learn a number of new things which could help me in my future period of time. Secondly, the expectation that I had set while going to the university is that I will get the chances to enhance my skills as university provide a number of opportunities where live situations are being created which allow me to make some of those decisions in life which directly help in accomplishing the personal milestones. In addition, my expectation was to improve the skills related to time management, research, citing references and many more. In short, I will look at how I can improve all of the skills which can be beneficial for me in making any of the decisions for attaining the goals of the future.
